General Purchasing and Shipping Policies
- Products listed in stock are available for immediate purchase. Please allow 3-5 business date from time of purchase for product shipment, with exceptions for occasional holidays
- PRE-ORDER products will ship 3-5 business days after we receive the products from the manufacturer, which can take up to 3-5 weeks from closure of pre order date. All PRE-ORDER products are labeled as such
- Ammunition is manufactured off site and shipped separately from our loading facility. Please allow up to 5 business days for shipment of ammunition
Ammunition Purchasing Policies
When Purchasing ammunition from Sobchak Security LLC beware of and acknowledge the following
- Buyers must be at least 21years of age and live in a state where shipping ammunition to a residence is legal without background check we are unable to ship to states such as California, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, etc due to such regulations
- Buys acknowledge our warning section both below and on the product purchase pages
- Buyers must be legally allowed to buy and receive ammunition
- We cannot ship to a PO box
General Ammunition Warning
- To avoid serious injury or death to shooter or bystanders: use only in firearms in good working condition with exactly marking ammunition
- Always check barrel and remove obstructions or excess lubricant before firing
- If light recoil or off sound occurs, or if firearm fails to fire, point muzzle in safe direction and avoid the breach while carefully unloading
- Use appropriately rated eye and ear protection at all times when handling firearms
- Keep firearms pointed in a safe direction at all times
- Do not shoot hard surfaces or water to prevent ricochet
- Always store ammunition in dry, cool place
- Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, cleaning firearms, or handling ammunition may result in exposure to lead and other substances known to cause birth defects, reproductive harm and other physical injury
- Have adequate ventilation at all times, wash hands thoroughly after exposure to reduce risk
- We take extreme care to load quality ammunition, but disclaim all liability for damage or personal injury/death that may result
Firearms and Ammo Purchase Terms
The purchaser is responsible for verifying that the selected product is compatible with their firearm, action, caliber, and intended application prior to purchase and installation.
Sobchak Security LLC is not responsible for damage, malfunction, or injury resulting from the selection or use of an incompatible product.
Professional Installation
Sobchak Security LLC barrel products are designed to be installed by a qualified gunsmith.
Improper installation may result in firearm malfunction, property damage, serious bodily injury, or death.
Sobchak Security LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation, incorrect headspacing, misuse, or failure to follow safe firearm practices.
Safe Use
Firearms and firearm components must be used safely and responsibly.
The purchaser is solely responsible for:
- Safe handling and operation of the firearm.
- Using compatible firearm components.
- Using safe and appropriate ammunition.
- Proper firearm maintenance.
- Following all firearm safety practices.
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Warranty
Sobchak Security LLC warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Improper use
- Abuse or neglect
- Improper maintenance
- Unsafe or improper ammunition
- Excessive pressure loads
- Accidents
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty claims must be approved by Sobchak Security LLC prior to returning any product.
Returns and Cancellations
All Sobchak Security LLC Barrels and Ammunition are final sale items and may not be returned. Any inquiry must be emailed to Donny@waltersobchaksecurity.com to be discussed
